CNC Swiss Turning & Thread Grinding
CNC turning and thread-grinding routes are selected around lead accuracy, surface roughness, runout, and inspection evidence. This is critical for controlling motion quality in compact medical, robotics, and aerospace mechanisms.
Induction & Carburizing Hardening
Heat-treatment routes for 100Cr6, GCr15, 440C, stainless, or customer-specified steels are locked with hardness, case-depth, and surface-finish checks where the application requires them.

ISO 2859-1 / AQL Risk Sampling
Standard commercial orders can use ISO 2859-1 / AQL sampling, while higher-risk programs can define first-article or expanded inspection before quotation. From preload torque curves to lead accuracy charting, the required data package is agreed alongside the hardware scope.
